Google LOST our reviews — and we can't keep quiet about it!
These reviews may not number in the hundreds, but they matter. They impact visibility, rankings, and the credibility of every Google Business Profile—including ours. After countless messages and back-and-forth with Google Support, we were told—repeatedly—that they “couldn’t find any data.”
Honestly, it’s unbelievable. What’s worse? With a basic search, we found the very reviews Google insisted didn’t exist. The fact that we had to do Google’s job for them is beyond frustrating, and the refusal to acknowledge their own internal failure is even more disappointing.
But let’s be crystal clear: our reviews DO exist. And since Google can’t seem to locate them, we’re posting them here ourselves. Here they are, in their unedited pull from Google’s own site as of 11/26/2025.
